We plan to make it bigger and better than ever. In addition to being a big revenue maker for our parish, it is a great opportunity for family fun . . . good food, games, rides, entertainment and MORE!

Festival Facts - Did you know?

So just how does all that BBQ get made?
Last year starting at 7am on Friday, the team BBQed 1,438 pounds of brisket on 2 pits at CtR and 2 pits at the Holub family home.  After cooking for 12 hours, it took about 5 hours just to slice and chop it.
